For clients with an open investigation
The portal is where case material is exchanged once an investigation has been opened. Through it you can:
- Upload photographs, drawings and material certificates
- Submit operating data and service history
- Follow the status of work in progress
- Download issued reports and appended laboratory results
Accounts are created by us when a case is opened. There is no self-registration.
No account yet? Write to info@nordoxa.site and we will
set one up, normally within one working day.

Use the credentials issued with your case reference.
Sign-in failed. Check your credentials, or contact us if the problem continues.
Sessions end after 30 minutes of inactivity. Uploaded material is retained
for the duration of the case and for seven years afterwards, in line with our
retention policy.
